historia
Nuestra motivación para la creación de Pipeline nació de nuestras propias frustraciones al tratar de encontrar un lugar decente para trabajar. Después de trabajar desde casa, cafés, oficinas corporativas aburridos, e incluso suites ejecutivas tradicionales, nos convertimos consumidos con la idea de crear la experiencia óptima de trabajo. Un lugar que nos gustaría trabajar nosotros mismos. Desde el inicio de esa idea, es justo decir que nos hemos vuelto un poco obsesionados con la creación de una comunidad de trabajo inspirada en Pipeline.

Todd Oretsky
Co-Founder
Todd is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, acquired and exited several companies. He began his professional career as a corporate lawyer at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and has structured and advised on over $20 billion of debt and equity offerings. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a law degree from New York University School of Law. Todd is a member (and past board member) of Entrepreneur’s Organization and is on the board of several companies. In addition, Todd is on the Board of Advisors to Florida International University’s Global Entrepreneurship Center.
Philippe Houdard
Co-Founder
Prior to Pipeline, Philippe founded SkyBank Financial and served as its CEO. He is also founder and president of Developing Minds Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that builds schools and supports education projects in areas affected by armed conflict and poverty. Previously, he served in executive positions in sales, marketing, and mergers & acquisitions for mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. Philippe graduated with a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a BS in Business Administration from University of Florida.
Angela Bradley
Gerente General, Brickell
Angela is responsible for day to day operations and delivering a superior customer experience at Pipeline Brickell. Prior to this role, she managed New Media Accounts for Warner Music Latin America, overseeing initiatives for customers in the US, Latin America and Caribbean. She is currently on the board of the Peruvian Club of Florida. Angela graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Meegan Denenberg
Márketing, Philly
Meegan most recently served as the marketing director of PhillyCarShare, Ms. Denenberg’s initiatives helped increase membership sixfold. In her 20+ years in the industry, she has also developed and executed programs for Manhattan based guerrilla marketing firms and conducted national promotions for a variety of clients, including Disc overy Channel, the Weather Channel, HBO, Wowee Toys, Clorox, Avirex and K-Swiss. Denenberg’s public relations work has included notables in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries, including MANA Cosmetics, Lord & Berry Cosmetics, Charlie Rocket children’s wear and Laundry by Shelli Segal.
Josh Dubin
Director of Programs & Strategy
Josh Dubin has nearly a decade of experience in event production. While working for the City of Philadelphia, Josh organized professional development events and town hall gatherings focused on serving the city’s creative and cultural sectors, as well as a performing arts series that showcased local talent in City Hall courtyard. Since 2009, Josh has also produced Bloktoberfest, an annual non-profit street fair that welcomes over 25,000 attendees from throughout Greater Philadelphia. Josh previously served as Executive Director of Franklin’s Paine Skatepark Fund, where he developed programming for Philadelphia’s growing network of public skateparks. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Center City resident.
John Ramsey
Director of Finance and Operations
John has held diverse roles in organizations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500, most recently serving as CFO and General Manager of a leading manufacturer and distributor of professional salon and spa products. Previously, John was CFO for an integrated media company, and he also held various financial roles at AutoNation, the largest automotive retailer in the US. John started his career as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy, where he served for ten years. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and BS and BA degrees from the University of Maryland UC and Texas Tech University.
Iris Marante
Gerente General, Coral Gables
Iris is responsible for Pipeline Brickell’s focus on exceptional member experience and service. She previously was trained and worked at Morgans Hotel Group, which owns world famous hotels such as Delano, Shore Club, and Mondrian in Miami Beach. There she took on increasing levels of responsibility in customer service, sales and special events including Art Basel.
Gregory A. Stott
Gerente General, Philly
Gregory Stott was previously CFO for David Bromstad Designs (headed by HGTV personality David Bromstad). During his career there, Gregory established partnerships with a number of Fortune 500 companies including Dupont, Nestlé, and Sherwin Williams. Prior to this, he was Financial Advisor for 13 years with AG Edwards and Sons and Met-Life, and he was also founder and owner of his own firm Stanford Stott Wealth Management. Gregory is Vice Chair on the SAVE Foundation’s board of directors and has worked with many charity organizations such as Safe Schools and Wounded Warriors.
Lindsay Tillery

Lindsay is responsible for community management at Pipeline Philly, where she oversees all aspects of membership. She has extensive familiarity with retail management and customer service, including previous work experiences at Victoria’s Secret, Gap and other leading brands. Lindsay also handled events for Skai Blue Media, coordinating logistics, public relations and marketing and vendor management. She is a graduate of Rowan University.
David Grasso
Socio, Philly
David is a nationally respected executive in real estate development and management whose experience dates back to when he was 12 years old working for his father’s development team, David formed his own firm and $50 million real estate opportunity fund in 1999 a t the age of 29 . Since forming his own company, David has capitalized on many opportunistic real estate ventures and has let the expansion of his firm from a regional development company into Grasso Holdings, LP, a full service commercial development firm with affiliates in construction management, residential sales, alternative energy development, asset management, and property management. Grasso Holdings has developed a number of large scale projects including Valley Square, a 400,000 square foot lifestyle center in Bucks County, PA; The Grande, a mixed -use historic center city office building that was converted into 35,000 square feet of retail, 170,000 square feet of office and 150 residential condominiums; Bella Vista, a 78-unit luxury loft condominium conversion; and a number of 20-unit luxury loft conversions in Manhattan. David earned a BS in Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University and a JD fr om St. Thomas University School of Law.
Tayyib Smith

Tayyib has long been a successful conduit between artist, niche brands, and the music industry, earning the respect of corporate brands for his unique ability to connect with the hearts and minds of the trend-setting youth market via facilitation of successful relationships. His marketing reputation was further solidified through his work with SCION, introducing the brand to the Philadelphia region through a series of underground marketing initiatives. He has also worked with such clients as Nike, Heineken USA, Greater Philadelphia Tourism and Marketing Corporation, and Red Bull, and showcased artists such as Diplo, Common, The Roots, Questlove, Talib Kweli, and John Legend. Presently, Tayyib serves on the Philadelphia Jazz Project Brain Trust funded by the William Penn Foundation, the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia chapter of the Recording Academy and on the planning committee for Philly Tech Week.
Seidy Sleiman
Gerente General, Doral
Seidy received a bacherlor's degree in Industrial Engineering, and she is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration and Master in Human Resource Management. In her professional experience she managed offices and supervised several retail stores since a very young age. She enjoys baking and playing the piano.
Diana Jimenez
Gerente Comunitario, Doral
As community manager for Pipeline, Diana has brought her expertise in hospitality from her previous training and experience in highly rated restaurants such as Zuma in Miami and Michael Mina’s 74 at the famous Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. Having a true passion for anthropology and cultures, Diana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2010. With roots grounded to her hometown of Bogota, Colombia she has enjoyed the multicultural diversity of Miami from an early age. She plans to continue visiting UNESCO heritage sites around the world and eventually retire in her private island in the Pacific.
Lyanne Manzanilla
Gerente Comunitario, Coral Gables
Lyanne is a Miami native who just returned after spending eight years in the Windy City. She attended Columbia College Chicago and received her BA in Arts and Media Management. Prior to becoming the Community Manager at Pipeline Gables, she worked in client services at Morgan Stanley and in technical support and software training at Apple.
